NCAA Orders Five Companies To Suspend Supply of Aviation Fuel

Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) reportedly directed Acorn Petroleum, Ascon Oil Company, Jushad Oil & Gas, Lubcon and Star Orient Aviation to suspend the supply of aviation fuel as the companies lack depot facilities.

Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority is the regulatory body for aviation in Nigeria. It became autonomous with the passing into law of the Civil Aviation Act 2006 by the National Assembly and assent of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

NCAA reportedly directed Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria to deny the companies access to airports.
