EgyptAir Plans Wide Body Aircraft for Nigeria Routes

Cairo based Egypt National carrier, EgyptAir is reportedly considering deploying wide body aircraft on Nigeria services to support increased passenger and cargo traffic.

EgyptAir is the flag carrier airline of Egypt. The airline is based at Cairo International Airport, its main hub, operating scheduled passenger and freight services to more than 75 destinations in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.

EgyptAir Cargo, EgyptAir Medical Services and Karnak reportedly plan to commence operations in Abuja.

The airline presently operates Abuja and Lagos services with Boeing 737-800s, according to OAG.
